Job summary

ADP, Inc. is seeking a Safety & Environmental Compliance professional responsible for ensuring OSHA and ISO/CCC/QAV1 compliance within our manufacturing environment in Alabama. You will lead safety inspections, train associates, manage environmental tasks, and coordinate audits.

Role requires strong communication, supervisory ability, and a proactive approach to safety culture. Experience in manufacturing OSHA standards is essential, with willingness to work overtime when needed.

Qualifications

• Extensive knowledge of OSHA regulations and reporting requirements.
• Excellent knowledge of environmental regulations and reporting requirements.
• Willingness to work overtime during the week and weekends when needed.
• Ability to stand, climb ladder onto machines, lifting 15 lbs., bending and stooping.
• Good communication and motivational skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular safety inspections of plant environment.
• Deliver safety training for all associates, including annual review of safety program.
• Lead and support ISO 9001 & 14001 / CCC / QAV 1 compliance and audits.
• Coordinate and control the document management system and audit findings.
• Lead Safety Committee and First Responders Team and track results.
