Montgomery Parks is seeking a dedicated natural resource professional to support environmental review, restoration, and project assessment. You will conduct concept reviews, work with engineers and planners, prepare recommendations for the Mandatory Referral process, and present findings at public meetings.

The role covers field data collection, GIS analysis, and construction oversight to protect aquatic resources and habitat across parklands. Strong communication and collaboration are essential.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in related natural resources field and 3 years of relevant experience.
• Experience reviewing design plans for natural resource impacts and field data collection.
• Strong communication and ability to work with diverse stakeholders.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to obtain program certifications.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate concept reviews for projects impacting park resources.
• Attend meetings with agencies, consultants, and stakeholders.
• Prepare reports, maps, and presentations for mandatory referrals.
• Support environmental restoration from design to construction and GIS analysis.
