Job summary

Compleat Environmental is seeking an Environmental Superintendent to lead remediation and abatement projects, ensuring safety, schedule, and budget adherence. The role oversees scheduling, communications, quality control, and project execution while coordinating between field personnel, management, and customers.

The successful candidate will manage field crews, enforce safety regulations, monitor profitability, and maintain thorough documentation.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of environmental industry experience (5+ years preferred).
• Experience managing residential and commercial projects.
• Proven ability to lead teams and follow operational direction.
• Ability to pass background screening and drug testing, as permitted by Pennsylvania law.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• High level of attention to detail and organizational ability.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and coordinate daily field operations and crews.
• Enforce safety regulations, industry standards, and company policies.
• Maintain professional communication with customers and project stakeholders.
• Monitor job profitability and operational efficiency.
• Ensure quality control and adherence to project specifications.
• Oversee project timelines and manage workflow to meet deadlines.
• Serve as liaison between field staff, management, and clients.
• Monitor budgets and resource allocation for assigned projects.
• Track vehicle and equipment usage, maintenance, and condition.
• Maintain accurate job documentation, reports, and records.
• Perform additional superintendent duties as assigned.
• Participate in 24/7 on-call rotation and respond to emergency assignments when available.
