Job summary

ERRG is seeking an experienced construction and environmental remediation leader to oversee projects at multiple sites, plan work, sequence tasks, and manage budgets to meet contract requirements.

The role involves directing field personnel, subcontractors, and equipment, ensuring adherence to safety standards, reviewing specifications, and coordinating different phases of construction to prevent delays and keep progress on track. Strong planning and documentation skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 8 years of experience leading environmental cleanup, soil remediation, demo/decon or habitat restoration projects.
• Ability to travel up to 50 percent of time to project sites across multiple states for project execution, as needed.
• Experience supervising and developing up to 10 direct craft reports.

Responsibilities

• Oversees projects at multiple sites with little to no direct supervision; schedules and coordinates multidiscipline tasks.
• Directs field personnel, equipment operators, laborers and subcontractors to execute work and meet specifications.
• Develops cost estimates with supporting data and assists in change orders when needed.
• Ensures daily activities conform to budget and schedule and completes site documentation.
