Job summary

The Regulatory & Environmental Compliance Analyst role at The Wonderful Company LLC is based in Bend, Oregon and is fully onsite. You will support day-to-day regulatory and environmental compliance activities across federal, state, and local agencies to keep products and operations compliant.

You will prepare reports, assist with permits and registrations, maintain records, and work with Manufacturing, Quality, R&D, and Supply Chain to embed compliance into daily operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Biology, Chemistry, Environmental Engineering, Natural Resources, or a related scientific field.
• Approximately 2–5 years of experience in environmental compliance, regulatory affairs, EHS, environmental consulting, manufacturing compliance, or related field.
• Experience with federal/state regulatory agencies (EPA, OSHA, DEQ, ODA or similar).
• Experience supporting environmental reporting, permitting, inspections, or compliance documentation.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities with accurate records and documentation.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain environmental reports required by federal, state, and local regulatory agencies.
• Support environmental permitting and compliance activities, including waste management, air emissions, hazardous materials, and chemical reporting.
• Assist with regulatory submissions, product registrations, renewals, and regulatory documentation.
• Maintain permits, certifications, regulatory files, and compliance records.
• Monitor changes in environmental/regulatory requirements and communicate impacts to the business.
• Support regulatory inspections, agency requests, and internal/external audits.
• Collaborate with Manufacturing, Quality, R&D, Supply Chain, and Operations to embed regulatory requirements into daily operations.
• Assist in developing compliance procedures, documentation, and employee training materials.
• Identify opportunities to improve regulatory processes and strengthen compliance programs.
