  • Support environmental permitting and compliance activities, including waste management, air emissions, hazardous materials, and chemical reporting.
  • Assist with regulatory submissions, product registrations, renewals, and regulatory documentation.
  • Maintain permits, certifications, regulatory files, and compliance records.
  • Monitor changes in environmental and regulatory requirements and communicate potential impacts to the business.
  • Support regulatory inspections, agency requests, and internal and external audits.
  • Partner with Manufacturing, Quality, R&D, Supply Chain, and Operations to ensure regulatory requirements are incorporated into daily operations.
  • Assist in developing compliance procedures, documentation, and employee training materials.
  • Identify opportunities to improve regulatory processes and strengthen compliance programs.

  • Approximately 2-5 years of experience in environmental compliance, regulatory affairs, EHS, environmental consulting, manufacturing compliance, or a related field.
  • Experience working with or preparing documentation for federal and/or state regulatory agencies such as EPA, OSHA, DEQ, ODA, or similar agencies.
  • Experience supporting environmental reporting, permitting, inspections, or compliance documentation.
  • Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accurate records and documentation.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in manufacturing, agriculture, chemical manufacturing, biotechnology, food production, or related industries.
  • Familiarity with pesticide, chemical, or environmental regulations.
