Qualifications

• Interest in environmental aspects of CRE investment and development.
• Member of the PA Bar in good standing.
• J.D. from ABA-accredited law school with excellent academics.
• Strong written and oral communication skills; detail-oriented.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume deal environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist transactions team with environmental diligence.
• Manage environmental risk assessment across CRE deals.
• Oversee regulatory compliance programs and brownfield redevelopment efforts.
• Negotiate environmental terms in complex multi-jurisdictional deals.
