Job summary

Direct client contact and limited supervision are expected.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of commercial real estate experience with complex transactions.
• Strong drafting and negotiation skills for acquisitions, dispositions, financings, leasing and development.
• Ability to review title commitments, surveys and due diligence materials and provide issue spotting.
• Admitted to the Florida Bar or eligible for admission; ability to manage client matters with limited supervision.

Responsibilities

• Lead acquisitions, dispositions, financings, leasing and development transactions.
• Draft, negotiate and close complex contracts.
• Review title commitments and surveys; coordinate due diligence and consultants.
