Job summary

BioMerieux Inc. seeks an Analyst I in Environmental Monitoring to perform routine QC testing of bioburden, conductivity, and TOC across materials and environments. You will document results precisely and work under supervision to support investigations and instrument upkeep.

The role emphasizes adherence to GDP, SOPs, and regulatory guidelines, with collaboration across internal teams to ensure timely project deliverables and data integrity.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED or equivalent.
• 3+ years in regulated Environmental Monitoring or Microbiology lab; GxP testing preferred.
• Experience with GMP/GLP and FDA/ISO/USDA environments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine QC Environmental Monitoring testing (e.g., bioburden, conductivity, and TOC) on raw materials, finished products, air, water, surface, personnel, and cleaning samples with accurate, timely documentation.
• Review laboratory testing in accordance with SOPs, specifications, and timelines.
• Maintain SOPs compliance with GMP/GLP, HSE requirements; support QC procedures development and implementation.
• Prepare laboratory areas for audits, including review of logbooks, calibration records, expirations, and cleanliness.
• Enter and maintain data in LIMS and paper records; assist in investigations and root-cause analyses.
• Collaborate with site teams to track project deliverables and communicate issues to management.
