Eurofins Environment Testing America in Huntsville, TX hires a full-time Quality Assurance Manager to develop, implement, and improve the laboratory Quality System. You will train personnel, maintain the Quality Assurance Manual, manage proficiency testing, and lead internal and external audits to protect data quality.

The position requires a BS/BA in Chemistry or Sciences, at least five years bench experience with QA, US work authorization, and fluent English.

Competenze

• BS/BA in Chemistry/Sciences.
• Minimum 5 years bench level analytical experience plus formal QA training or 2 years QA experience.
• Authorization to work in the United States indefinitely without restriction or sponsorship
• Professional working proficiency in English (reading, writing, speaking) required

Mansioni

• Review Eurofins Environment Testing America’s QMP and ensure compliance with the Eurofins Environment Testing America Quality System
• Develop and implement the QAM
• Participate as a member of the laboratory’s senior management team
• Act as QA representative in client and regulatory meetings
• Ensure data quality and ethics across the lab
• Conduct QA training and quarterly ethics training for new staff
• Perform system and data audits; approve audit responses
• Generate and submit monthly QA reports
• Maintain laboratory certifications and review SOPs
