Job summary

The QA Manager at Eurofins USA Environment Testing will lead the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of the laboratory Quality System across multiple sites, ensuring compliance with ISO/IEC 17025, NVLAP, AIHA, and NELAC standards.

The role requires onsite presence in Portland, OR and quarterly travel to assigned laboratories, with a strong emphasis on audits, CAPAs, and regulatory reporting.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in a physical or life science and ISO 17025 experience.
• Three+ hours of statistics coursework.
• Experience in ISO 17025 accredited labs and technical writing.
• Three+ years QA experience in analytical labs, preferably built environment.
• Experience leading internal and external audits.
• Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and continuous improvement of the lab Quality System.
• Oversee QA across multiple sites, maintaining certifications.
• Approve and write SOPs and generate monthly QA reports.
• Conduct internal audits and manage CAPAs to address nonconformances.
• Track regulatory changes and ensure timely compliance.
• Travel quarterly to assigned labs and onsite in Portland, OR twice weekly.
