Job summary

Eurofins Environment Testing (USA) is seeking a QA Assistant to support the QA Manager during audits and client visits at our Earth City, MO laboratory. The role involves maintaining reference data in LIMS, processing QC samples, and ensuring SOP compliance.

Qualifications include a high school diploma and 1–2 years of lab experience; some college chemistry coursework is a plus. The position is onsite, with a daytime schedule and potential overtime.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1-2 years laboratory experience preferred.
• Some college chemistry coursework is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Perform QA data audits to ensure laboratory is in compliance with policies and procedures.
• Assist in scheduling proficiency testing samples and QC samples; process and report samples to agencies.
• Issue controlled and uncontrolled documents to enforce current policies and SOPs.
• Assist QA Manager in maintaining the laboratory’s reference data.
• Assist in internal and external audits and client visits.
• Maintain training records for all employees.
• Identify systematic problems and recommend resolutions.
• Maintain historical indices of technical records including SOPs and QC records.
