Job summary

GrayMar Environmental Services, LLC is seeking a Project Manager to lead assigned branch projects, ensuring safe, compliant, and efficient operations. You will manage scope, schedule, and budgets, while coaching staff and aligning with GrayMar values.

The role involves coordinating environmental remediation, industrial services, and emergency response projects, with opportunities for growth, travel for responses, and a robust benefits package including health coverage and a 401(k) plan.

Qualifications

• Strong safety-first work ethic.
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team while managing multiple tasks and deadlines.
• General understanding of OSHA, DOT, and RCRA regulations.
• General knowledge in HAZWOPER and environmental remediation, industrial services, emergency response and hazardous materials handling.
• Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and direction to team members and model GrayMar values.
• Ensure employees are trained on safe work practices.
• Develop, coach and train employees with ongoing feedback.
• Identify and pursue customer opportunities to support branch revenue.
• Manage projects within environmental remediation, industrial services, emergency response and hazardous materials transportation and disposal.
• Develop estimates, quotes and proposals for new and existing projects.
• Oversee day-to-day activities: schedule, cost tracking, scope changes.
• Field supervision with safety protocols and best practices.
• Complete required project documentation accurately and on time.
• Support waste management tasks and related software usage.
• Respond to emergencies 24/7 as needed.
