As part of this hybrid (office and remote) role, the ideal candidate will demonstrate experience in regulatory and client engagement on complex sites, investigation/remediation project experience, and a strong focus on health and safety. Responsibilities for this position may include the following:

Project Management:

Responsible for the overall management of projects and assists in establishing project-specific objectives and policies.

Understand site investigation and remediation techniques to drive solutions for our clients.

Interact with existing and potential clients to discuss AECOM service capabilities and expand services provided.

Ensure all facets of a project portfolio are constructed in accordance with design, budget, and schedule.

Provide technical oversight and quality control.

Determine and define project scope and objectives.

Manage all phases of projects (from beginning to close out).

Predict resource needs and manage resources effectively.

Have decision-making authority and recognize risk and uncertainty with plans to mitigate and eliminate such.

Provide project updates on a consistent basis to various stakeholders about strategy, adjustments, and progress.

Identify, mitigate, and manage project risks.

Manage more complex clients and projects.

Consistently deliver profit margins as planned.
