Job summary

EIS Holding in Wheat Ridge, CO is seeking an experienced environmental project professional to oversee a large regulatory compliance portfolio in oil & gas. You will manage projects from investigation through final closure, coordinating technical teams and delivering high-quality regulatory documents.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Geology, Environmental Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years environmental experience, including project management.
• Strong knowledge of ECMC regulations (900 Series Rules).
• Experience with spill response and site investigation forms (Form 19, Form 27).
• Familiarity with CDPHE and U.S. EPA guidance.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of oil & gas remediation and compliance projects.
• Coordinate field activities, including sampling, well installation, and remediation oversight.
• Prepare regulatory documents and review closure documentation.
• Ensure compliance with ECMC, CDPHE, and EPA requirements.
• Develop scopes of work, budgets, and proposals; manage invoicing.
• Lead cross-functional teams and serve as primary client contact.
