Job summary

Quanta Services, Inc. is seeking an Environmental Project Manager in Scottsdale to lead environmental and land services across the project lifecycle. You will manage scope, budget, and schedule while communicating with clients and stakeholders to ensure regulatory compliance.

You will guide teams, assess risks, and ensure adherence to permitting strategies and NEPA requirements, with a focus on collaborative problem-solving and delivering safe, high-quality outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in Biology, Environmental Science, Environmental Engineering, or related field.
• 3-5 years of professional services consulting with external clients.
• 2+ years in a management role.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and lead internal resources, set expectations, determine metrics and milestones.
• Liaise with clients, provide reports, updates, and solutions.
• Develop project messaging for stakeholders including landowners and communities.
• Track progress from task to cost and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
• Review client deliverables for quality and manage scope changes.
