AECOM is hiring an Environmental Project Manager to lead the East Region Environmental Planning & Permitting practice. The role involves managing a team and overseeing environmental permitting projects.

Located in Germantown, MD, candidates will interface with clients and ensure project delivery in compliance with regulations. The ideal candidate has over 8 years of experience in environmental science and project management. AECOM offers a hybrid working model and competitive salary.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience managing projects and teams.
• Valid Driver’s License and able to pass Motor Vehicle Records review.
• Proven experience with environmental assessments and permitting compliance.

Responsibilities

• Manage and administer all staff and projects.
• Perform consulting projects to scope, schedule, and budget.
• Mentor junior and mid-level staff.
