Job summary

Dexian in Martinez, CA seeks an experienced Environmental Project Manager to oversee field remediation and civil construction, ensuring projects meet scope, schedule, and budget on an on-site basis.

You will lead teams, manage budgets, prepare proposals, and interface with clients and regulatory agencies. Travel up to 25-50% to remote sites is required; a 40-hour HAZWOPER or 8-hour refresher is expected. A Bachelor's degree and 8+ years' experience are required; PE/PMP/CCM are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
• 8+ years of industry-related experience.
• Proven leadership in bidding and executing environmental projects.
• Experience with federal clients (USACE, DoD, or similar).
• Strong written and verbal communication; proposal/document prep experience.
• Willingness to collaborate with clients, regulatory agencies, field teams and subcontractors.
• Proficiency in MS Word, MS Project, and cost-tracking applications.
• Current 40-hour HAZWOPER certification or 8-hour refresher, with documentation.
• Willing to travel up to 25-50% of the time to remote project locations.

Responsibilities
