Essential Job Functions:

At Trileaf, an Environmental Project Manager is a team lead that is responsible for the operations and revenue goals of a small team (typically 4-5 employees), including hiring and development of staff as well as day-to-day management of clients. This full-time, salaried role is an in-office position serving Trileaf’s Environmental Commercial Real Estate team. The associated tasks are summarized below:

• • Perform or delegate QA/QC on reports, primarily Phase I Environmental Site Assessments (ESAs), Phase II ESAs, Property Condition Assessments, Indoor Air Quality Assessments, and other commercial due diligence reports completed by staff to ensure quality prior to submission
  • Ensure the completion of all deliverables by strict deadlines
  • Communicate with clients daily, including promptly identifying concerns and any anticipated delays to report delivery
  • Hire, train, and develop a team of 4 to 7 junior scientists, while managing their workload and morale
  • Perform semi-annual performance and salary reviews of all direct reports

Qualifications and Skills

The idea candidate will be prepared to show knowledge and experience in the following:

• • At least 5yrs experience in environmental due diligence is required
  • Environmental Professional (EP) status in accordance with ASTM E1527 is required
  • Experience managing employees and clients is preferred
  • Valid Driver's license
