**Overview:**

The Remediation Project Manager reports to the General Manager and is responsible for providing excellent service to disaster victims and restoring property and lives with a servant’s heart. **Job Responsibilities:**
- Visit new assignments, interface with clients, and sell jobs.
- Scope damages, create estimates, and submit for insurance approval.
- Coordinate demolition and dry-out of commercial properties, supervise projects, and ensure standards.
- Supervise mold remediation projects on-site.
- Communicate with customers, ensure satisfaction, and collect payments.
- Manage multiple projects' deadlines, progress, and quality.
- Assist with after-hours mitigation as needed.
- Support marketing strategies and events.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
**Qualifications & Skills:**
- Education: Associate's degree or equivalent.
- Experience: 6 months to 1 year in related field or equivalent.
- Industry Certifications: IICRC Water Restoration Technician (WRT), Microbial Technician (AMRT), and Commercial Drying Specialist (CDS) or Applied Structural Drying (ASD). Local and state certifications required.
- Language Skills: Ability to read, interpret, and communicate effectively in English.
- Technical Skills: Knowledge of industry software, Microsoft Office, and communication tools.
- Reasoning Ability: Problem-solving skills and ability to interpret instructions.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 75 pounds, work in various environments, and use safety equipment.
- Work Environment: Exposure to weather, mechanical parts, chemicals, and noise, with safety precautions.
- Supervisory Responsibilities: Yes.
**Education & Experience:**
Associates degree and 6 months to 1 year of related experience or training.
**Additional Skills:**
Ability to interpret documents, perform routine reports, and communicate effectively. Knowledge of software like Xactimate, Sage, SharePoint, and Microsoft Office preferred.
