Job summary

Verdantas is seeking an environmental professional to manage projects from scoping to completion, ensuring quality, schedule, and budget adherence. You will oversee Phase II ESAs and lead sampling across soil, groundwater, surface water, sediment, soil vapor, and stormwater, while preparing reports, permits, and regulatory approvals.

You will serve as a primary client contact, mentor junior staff, and support business development efforts, applying deep knowledge of Ohio EPA statutes and related

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Geology, Engineering, or related field.
• 7+ years of environmental consulting experience.
• 2+ years of project management experience.
• Knowledge of RCRA, CERCLA, TSCA, Ohio VAP, and BUSTR.

Responsibilities

• Manage environmental projects from scoping through completion, ensuring quality, schedule, and budget performance.
• Oversee and conduct Phase II Environmental Site Assessments (ESAs).
• Direct soil, groundwater, surface water, sediment, soil vapor, and stormwater sampling.
• Prepare technical reports, permits, and regulatory approvals.
