Job summary

Nobis Group is seeking an Environmental Project Manager to lead soil and groundwater remediation, site investigations, and Brownfields projects across New England. You will mentor a team and drive technical excellence in a collaborative, ownership-focused environment.

You’ll manage client relationships, scopes, budgets, and schedules while ensuring regulatory compliance and high-quality documentation. This role supports growth through mentorship and leadership opportunities within a respected,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in environmental engineering, Geology, or related field (Master’s a plus).
• 5+ years of relevant experience, including 2+ years of project management in remediation and site investigation (8+ years preferred).
• OSHA 40-hour HAZWOPER certification.
• P.E. or P.G. licensure strongly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of NH regulations, CERCLA, remedial implementation, SAPs/QAPPs, and environmental compliance.

• Manage budgets, schedules, and technical deliverables; oversee field investigations and remediation activities.

What You’ll Lead

You’ll be at the table from day one—supporting proposals, defining scopes, and building strong client relationships. You’ll manage budgets, schedules, and technical deliverables; oversee field investigations and remediation activities; guide project teams; and ensure regulatory compliance across CERCLA and state programs. You’ll also maintain high‑quality project documentation and proactively manage scope changes and risks.

Requirements
