Job summary

PSARA Technologies, Inc. is seeking an experienced environmental Project Manager to lead environmental investigations and remediation projects in the Cincinnati area. You will serve as the primary client contact and work with senior leadership on strategy and execution.

You'll mentor junior staff, support business development, and help drive continuous improvement while taking on greater leadership responsibilities within a growing consulting firm.

Qualifications

• B.S. degree in geology, hydrogeology, or related field.
• 8+ years of environmental consulting experience.
• Proven experience managing environmental assessment, investigation, and remediation projects.
• Strong project management and client communication skills.
• Organized, collaborative, and able to manage multiple priorities.
• Ready to take on greater responsibility and grow into a leadership role.
• Professional Geologist (PG) or Professional Engineer (PE) license or ability to obtain one (desirable)

Responsibilities

• Manage a diverse portfolio of environmental investigation and remediation projects.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and build long term relationships.
• Work closely with senior leadership on project strategy and execution.
• Mentor junior staff and support their professional development.
• Support business development through existing client relationships and proposal efforts.
• Help drive continuous improvement across the organization
