Responsibilities

• Lead and grow PSARA's Environmental Assessments practice.
• Develop and execute strategies to expand existing client relationships and win new business.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, building long term partnerships that drive repeat business.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of project managers, geologists, engineers, and scientists.
• Provide strategic oversight for major environmental assessment and remediation projects.
• Collaborate with executive leadership to shape the firm's long term growth strategy.
• Help identify new markets, services, and opportunities to expand PSARA's reach.
