Integrity Trade Services is seeking an Environmental Project Manager in Greenfield, IN, to oversee environmental projects for our manufacturing client. The role involves managing compliance activities, remediation, and coordinating with cross-functional teams. This opportunity offers growth and a comprehensive benefits package.

The ideal candidate holds a related bachelor’s degree, 3–8 years of experience, and applicable credentials. Occasional travel to project sites is required.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Environmental Science, Geological Science, or a related discipline.
• Three to eight years of relevant professional experience.
• PE/LPG/CHMM credential or actively pursuing one.
• OSHA 40-hour HAZWOPER certification with 8-hour refresher.
• Strong technical writing, verbal communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Ability to collaborate across technical teams, work independently, and develop client/compliance solutions.
• Experience with state and federal environmental programs and projects outside Indiana is a plus.
• Willingness to travel regionally based on project/client needs.
• Ability to perform occasional outdoor work and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Valid driving record for site visits.

Mansioni

• Manage environmental projects, including compliance activities, assessments, inspections, investigations, and remediation.
• Build and maintain relationships with existing and prospective clients.
• Prepare and review proposals to secure new projects and support ongoing client needs.
• Coordinate with field personnel, senior technical staff, engineers, scientists, and administrative teams to meet project objectives.
• Provide technical guidance, training, and mentorship to staff, and assist with office and field staff management.
• Oversee design, installation, operation, and maintenance of remediation systems (SVE, AS, GWPT).
• Prepare and review technical reports for clients and regulatory agencies.
• Serve as a technical resource for clients and agencies on environmental project matters.
• Research environmental technologies and procedures to improve project performance.
• Develop and deliver environmental training sessions and presentations.
• Travel to project sites regionally for fieldwork and project oversight.
