Job summary

Stantec is seeking an Environmental Scientist / Project Manager to support our Great Lakes Regional environmental remediation team based in the Twin Cities, MN (Plymouth, Minneapolis, or Woodbury). This role blends project management, client engagement, and technical reporting with about 20% fieldwork, handling soil, groundwater, and vapor investigations and remediation activities.

You will lead Phase I/II ESAs, coordinate with regulators and clients, mentor junior staff, and support business

Qualifications

• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, project financials and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and technical reporting.
• Valid U.S. driver’s license and ability to travel regionally.
