Candidates should have a Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or related fields, with 1-3 years of heavy civil construction experience preferred. Qualifications
1-3 years of experience in heavy civil construction required; marine construction experience preferred.
Strong interpersonal skills; must be a self-starter, highly organized, and creative.
Responsibilities
Assist in the preparation of project plans, schedules, and budgets.
Support the coordination of project activities, including resource allocation and logistics.
Participate in site visits to monitor project progress and ensure compliance with specifications.
Help review and interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and other technical documents.
Collaborate with the project team to identify and resolve issues as they arise.
Prepare reports and documentation related to project status, risks, and outcomes.
Communicate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders.
