Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, construction management, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 1–3 years of experience in heavy civil construction required; marine construction experience preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation of project plans, schedules, and budgets.
• Support the coordination of project activities, including resource allocation and logistics.
• Participate in site visits to monitor project progress.
