Job summary

Atlas is seeking an Environmental Project Assistant to support daily coordination and the writing of technical reports for local clients. You will also handle various tasks using Microsoft applications and work in a dynamic, client-focused environment with meaningful impact.

Responsibilities include drafting reports, coordinating with field teams, and providing progress updates. A high school diploma is required, with 3–5 years of report writing experience preferred and hybrid work considered

Job Description

Core Responsibilities

You’ll thrive here if you have
  • High School Diploma or GED Required
  • 3-5 years of report writing experience preferred
  • 1-2 year's experience with bachelor's degree considered
  • Familiar with all Microsoft applications
  • Background in Environmental Science or another science-related field preferred
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Applications, such as Adobe Acrobat, Microsoft Word, and Excel, is a must.
  • Must be able to communicate clearly
  • Must take a pro-active approach to work and require minimal supervision once trained
  • Must commute to Woburn office location daily for in-person work Monday through Friday to start. Hybrid position will be considered once trained
  • Required to handle data entry-related tasks on a daily basis.
  • Occasional work on weekends may be required.

About The Job
  • Career Level: Entry
  • Employment Type: Full-time
  • Compensation: $26 - $30 hourly rate The expected salary range for the position is displayed in accordance with the state’s law. Final agreed upon compensation is based upon individual qualifications and experience.
