• Plan, organize, and direct activities of the Waste Evaluation and Enforcement Branch (WEEB).
• Develop statewide policies and programs for protecting public health and the environment.
• Advise the Deputy Director on departmental policies and priorities.
• Participate in inter-branch and inter-divisional working groups to meet program objectives.
