Qualifications

• Knowledge of and ability to interpret federal, state and agency environmental laws, regulations, policies and procedures.
• Experience in management of professionals and multi-disciplinary teams in environmental programs.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and implement program goals, strategic plans and operating procedures.
• Experience in project and performance management.
• Ability to communicate effectively orally and in writing with diverse audiences including government, legislature, and public.
• Experience with environmental data management, transportation planning, engineering, and design practices.
