Job summary

The Maverick Lloyd School for the Environment at Vermont Law and Graduate School invites applications for an open rank tenure-track appointment in Public Policy with a focus on environmental policy.

The successful candidate will teach in our Master of Public Policy (MPP) program and contribute to the school’s other graduate degrees: the Master of Climate and Environmental Policy, the Executive Master of Environmental Policy, and the Master of Energy Regulation and Law.

Qualifications

• Ph.D. by the time of appointment is required.
• Demonstrated expertise in environmental public policy spanning more than one policy domain.
• Capacity to teach foundational graduate policy courses.

Responsibilities

• Teach in the Master of Public Policy (MPP) program and contribute to related graduate degrees.
• Develop and deliver core courses such as Introduction to Public Policy and policy design.
• Collaborate with centers and engage with policymakers and practitioners.
