Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Science, or applicable technical discipline.
5 years of project management experience on complex multidisciplinary projects.
10+ years in the consulting engineering industry; 5 years in mining-related projects.
Professional PM certification and NEPA/mine permitting experience.

Responsibilities

Lead environmental projects for private-sector clients in mining and natural resource development projects.
Manage project planning, execution, and delivery with focus on budget, schedule, quality, and contractual commitments.
Lead federal, state, and local permitting efforts.
Build and guide high-performing project teams and monitor project performance while mentoring and coaching team members.
Negotiate scope change orders with clients and subcontractors.
Support client leaders with proposal development and cultivating long-term client relationships.
