Kimley-Horn in Colorado Springs is seeking a recent graduate to join as an Environmental Planning Analyst in 2027. This is not a remote position.

You will help prepare EQA documents, environmental reports, and support master plans and policy documents for infill and land development projects. Expect exposure to NEPA, LEED, and climate action planning while collaborating with multiple project managers.

Qualifications

• Degree in planning or related field by Summer 2027.
• Strong background in environmental planning or policy.
• Interest in NEPA, sustainability and climate action planning.

Responsibilities

• Prepare EQA documents, impact reports, and declarations.
• Support in Specific Plans and Master Plans for land development.
• Assist project managers and collaborate with team members.
• Gain exposure to NEPA, LEED, and related programs.
• Support environmental clearance for local plans and infrastructure.
