Qualifications

• Experience collecting and reporting environmental data from diverse sources.
• Excellent writing and verbal communication skills; able to convey complex concepts clearly.
• Proficient in MS Office; capable of organizing data, memos, and NEPA documentation.

Responsibilities

• Collect and report project-related environmental data from interviews, map reviews, and field investigations.
• Prepare NEPA documents and associated technical memoranda.
• Prepare for and participate in public and client information meetings and hearings.
• Plan and analyze technical studies, permit applications, NEPA documents, and related reports.
• Assist clients with permit coordination, acquisition, and compliance for wetlands, bridges, and endangered species.
• Manage and report on all aspects of environmental projects, including scope, schedule, and budget.
• Perform other duties as needed.
