CAMS is seeking an experienced environmental professional to lead permitting and regulatory compliance for power generation, energy infrastructure, and industrial facilities in the Houston area.
The role requires developing permitting strategies, coordinating with client development teams, and ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local regulations. Industry experience in power, oil & gas, chemicals, or refining is preferred.

The position serves as a technical subject matter expert, coordinating with client project development, operations, asset management, and engineering functions, as well as regulatory agencies to support project execution and maintain compliance. Responsibilities align with industry-leading power sector permitting roles and include air permitting, NPDES permitting, regulatory strategy, agency coordination, and environmental compliance oversight.
