Job summary

HDR is seeking an Assistant Project Manager in Colorado to support utility clients with environmental and construction permitting and compliance. The role focuses on natural gas distribution and transmission projects, with responsibilities spanning stormwater, floodplain, wetlands, right-of-way, and local approvals.

You will coordinate with clients and agencies, lead internal teams, track submittals, and ensure deliverables align with scope, budgets, and schedules.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with client and permitting approval agencies
• Direct internal resources across CAD/GIS, wildlife biologists, land agents, public outreach, planners
• Coordinate work of multi-discipline teams through project life cycle

• Manage deliverables and ensure on-time submissions
• Lead small projects or components of larger projects
