Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate's degree plus one year related experience or equivalent.
• Good interpersonal, writing and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with data entry and basic data management.

Responsibilities

• Obtain informed consent and follow study protocols.
• Schedule and coordinate participant appointments.
• Collect biospecimen samples and transport to lab.
• Record diet clinical data including body measurements and DXA scans.
• Administer additional assessments and extract EHR data.
• Make follow-up calls to ensure accurate data collection and document interactions.
• Complete paperwork and data documentation for specimens and incentives.
• Perform data entry and database management tasks.
• Create electronic study forms, clean data, and generate reports.
• Maintain supplies and communicate needs to supervisor.
• Support team relationships and participant relations, including after-hours work.
• This role may require evening/weekend hours and some travel.
