Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED with 5+ years related experience, or
• Associate's Degree with 4+ years related experience, or
• Bachelor's Degree with 2+ years related experience.
• Must have working knowledge of Environmental, Health and Safety concerns.

Responsibilities

• Directly supervise subordinate personnel in spill response and cleaning of Underground Electrical Structures and Wastewater Treatment Facility.
• Ensure safety, efficiency, and reliability by enforcing policies and conducting briefings and safety exchanges.
• Be on the front line daily to deliver safe service meeting customer expectations.
• Evaluate subordinates' performance and provide timely feedback and coaching.
• Advance workforce engagement in the work resource management process.
