SourcePro Search, LLC is assisting a heavy industrial manufacturer north of Nashville in recruiting an Environmental Manager. This individual contributor role focuses on regulatory compliance and Title V permit management across three sites.

Travel will be 40–50% to support facilities, and you will work closely with plant EHS Generalists while reporting to the Corporate EHS Director. A strong background in air permitting and environmental systems is essential.

Competenze

• Experience managing Title V Part 70 permits and reporting.
• Strong knowledge of air permitting for heavy industry.
• Experience coordinating across multiple sites with plant-level staff.

Mansioni

• Oversee regulatory compliance across three production sites (KY, TN, MO).
• Lead development and improvement of environmental systems.
• Collaborate with EHS Generalists and Corporate EHS on strategy.
• Travel 40-50% to facilities as needed.
