Job description

The Environmental Manager will serve as the primary contact providing environmental compliance support at Terminal locations in Virginia, Maryland, the Carolinas, and Georgia. This role ensures compliance with environmental regulations and company policies, oversees permit preparations, compliance reporting, audits, and training on environmental policies.

  • Support hazardous waste, air permit, and stormwater compliance.
  • Coordinate EPCRA filings such as Tier 2 and TRI reports.
  • Participate in emergency response planning and drills.
  • Oversee environmental remediation activities as needed.
  • Develop and monitor environmental compliance budgets.
  • Interface with regulatory agencies and third parties.
  • Manage environmental legal requirements and tracking.
  • Travel to terminals for site support, training, and coaching.
  • Monitor Environmental Management Information Systems.
  • Participate in audits to ensure legal compliance.
  • Prepare and submit regulatory reports, review submittals.
  • Stay updated on cleanup regulations and legislation.
