Job summary

Moran Environmental Recovery, LLC is hiring a Logistics Manager to join the Operations Management Team. You will coordinate dispatch of equipment and personnel, ensuring high-quality service to employees, vendors and clients, while complying with health, safety and regulatory standards.

The role requires strong communication, supervision, and scheduling skills, with the ability to work across multiple projects and environments. Overnight travel may be required and some overtime is expected.

Qualifications

• Requires a high school diploma or GED or equivalent.
• Bachelor's degree preferred, not required.
• 4+ years in environmental industry; supervisor level experience desirable.
• Strong communication, analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to multi-task and manage time and resources effectively.
• Familiarity with OSHA 1910, 1915, 1926, DOT standards and safety rules.

Responsibilities

• Disptach and coordinate field logistics for personnel and equipment.
• Prioritize client projects and minimize subcontracting costs.
• Schedule new orders and adjust ongoing projects as needed.
• Submit regulatory notifications (Asbestos, USCG pump-offs, Locates).
• Maintain daily contact with field crews to meet client expectations.
• Coordinate with vendors and service providers through project closeout.
• Provide guidance to field employees and enforce company policies.
• Travel and overtime may be required; support ER team if needed.
