Job summary

Moran Environmental Recovery, LLC (MER) is seeking a Supervisor to lead field operations across MER’s service lines with focus on safety, quality, and profitability. You will oversee multiple projects, manage Foreman and field staff, and ensure HASPs and health/safety programs are followed.

The role emphasizes integrity, mutual respect, and professionalism. Required are at least 2 years of Foreman experience, strong leadership and communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple

Qualifications

• Must have at least 2 years of Foreman experience.
• Strong leadership, training, and/or supervisory experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication, analytical and persuasive skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead field operations by managing personnel and equipment to meet quality, safety, responsiveness, profitability and growth goals.
• Oversee daily activities of assigned jobs through Foreman and field/support personnel.
• Implement MER Health & Safety Program and HASP’s on assigned jobs; conduct safety audits as needed.
• Review work orders to ensure client expectations are clear and met.
• Assist in scoping projects or developing operating plans.
• Coordinate logistics decisions to exceed client expectations.
• Ensure pre-project clearances and conditions are met.
• Monitor progress and report on assigned projects; maintain documentation for completeness and quality.
• Maintain communications with Business Manager, Program Managers, Account Managers and Client Service Reps for scheduling and resources.
• Provide back up support to Logistics Manager as needed.
• Participate in Emergency Response teams and ensure readiness of personnel and equipment.
• Other duties as assigned
