Responsibilities

• Respond to on-call/general inquiries and track assistance in databases.
• Assist the public and regulated community in navigating licensing systems.
• Evaluate and assist with licensing, environmental assessments, guidance documents, and grants.
• Contribute to department initiatives and supervise seasonal aides.
