is seeking an Environmental Manager to lead compliance and improvement across heavy highway construction, gravel pits, and asphalt plants. You will guide permitting, monitoring, and reporting while supporting field teams and project management in meeting environmental standards. The role requires a bachelor’s degree in a related field, strong regulatory knowledge, and a proven ability to coordinate with regulators and stakeholders on complex projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Environmental Engineering, Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Geology, Natural Resources, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Experience managing environmental compliance for heavy civil, highway, aggregate, mining, asphalt, industrial, or construction operations.
• Knowledge of stormwater, erosion control, wetlands, air quality, and related environmental regulations.

Responsibilities

• Lead environmental team and oversee compliance across all company operations.
• Manage environmental permitting, reporting, and document control.
• Support stormwater and erosion control compliance across sites.
• Oversee environmental compliance for aggregate pits and asphalt plants.
• Coordinate with regulators, owners, consultants, and internal teams.
• Drive continuous improvement and risk reduction in field activities.
