Job summary

Chromalloy is seeking an Environmental Lead to guide global remediation and sustainability programs. You will act as the subject matter expert for environmental risk management, ESG initiatives, and sustainability reporting, shaping strategies and ensuring regulatory compliance across sites.

The role emphasizes developing remediation plans, managing budgets and consultants, and advancing Chromalloy's ESG objectives and energy/water efficiency programs worldwide.

Qualifications

• What You’ll Need: a Bachelor's degree in Environmental Engineering or related field; 10+ years in remediation, compliance, or sustainability programs; success managing complex remediation projects with regulator engagement; experience budgeting, managing consultants and multiple projects; strong knowledge of regulations and ESG reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead environmental remediation and sustainability programs across Chromalloy's global operations.
• Serve as SME for environmental remediation, ESG initiatives, and sustainability reporting.
• Develop remediation strategies, manage risks, and drive closure with regulators.
• Manage consultants and contractors to ensure project execution and compliance.
• Develop budgets, track expenditures, and support forecasting for remediation.
• Support implementation of the sustainability strategy and long-term ESG objectives.
• Drive projects to improve energy efficiency, water conservation, waste reduction, and GHG performance.
• Develop and enhance sustainability metrics, reporting processes, and assurance readiness.
• Lead development and publication of Chromalloy's annual ESG Report.
• Support customer, investor, and external stakeholder ESG requests.
• Partner with sites to establish sustainability objectives and improvement plans.
• Monitor regulations and ESG trends to assess business impact.
• Contribute to EH&S management system improvements and training.
