Job summary

PacifiCorp in Utah seeks an experienced Environmental Senior Manager to lead our lands and compliance efforts for Rocky Mountain Power and Pacific Power Transmission. You will supervise a team, ensure permits and regulations are in place, and collaborate with T&D operations to deliver compliant energy projects.

The role requires 7+ years in environmental regulation, strong leadership, and NEPA knowledge, with travel to project sites as needed.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Natural Resource Management, or related field.
7+ years in environmental/natural resources, preferably energy permitting.
7–10+ years in environmental regulation and NEPA knowledge.
Proven leadership with federal/state agencies and cross‑functional teams.

Responsibilities

Manage environmental lands team across permitting, compliance and oversight for transmission assets.
Coordinate with T&D operations to ensure adherence to environmental policies and permits.
Lead interactions with federal/state agencies and contractors; prepare reports.
Oversee environmental work for budget, schedule, and regulatory compliance.
Assist with scope of work, invoicing, budgets, and regulatory meetings.
Develop and maintain Operations and Maintenance Plans for rights-of-way.
