Job summary

Veolia Group is a global leader in environmental services, with a focus on water, energy, and waste management. The Laboratory Technician will perform tests, calibrate instruments, manage inventory, and ensure strict quality and safety standards in a high-volume lab.

The role requires 3+ years in analytical labs and a B.S./B.A. in Chemistry or related field, plus proficiency with LabWare or similar LIMS, and strong documentation and teamwork skills.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of laboratory safety, chemical handling and analytical testing equipment.
• Proficiency in multiple laboratory techniques and testing areas.
• Strong documentation and communication skills.
• Ability to implement process improvements and work in a team.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine laboratory testing per SOPs.
• Calibrate and maintain laboratory instrumentation.
• Manage inventory of operating materials and ensure QMS compliance.
• Adhere to EHS requirements and complete tasks by due dates.
• Support other laboratory areas and assist as needed.
• Work under direction of technical leaders.
