Job summary

Arcwood Environmental, LLC in Indianapolis, IN seeks a Laboratory Technician to perform fingerprint and sales sample analyses according to EPA, RCRA and the Waste Analysis Plan. You will operate instrumentation, prepare and log samples, maintain calibration curves, monitor equipment and inventory, and assist with retention and disposal of lab waste, all while upholding safety and regulatory standards.

• Bachelor’s degree in chemistry required; specialization preferred.
• Alternatively, 2+ years of documented laboratory work experience in lieu of degree.
• Must follow EPA/RCRA waste analysis methods.

Responsibilities

• Perform fingerprint and sales sample analysis per EPA, RCRA and Waste Analysis Plan.
• Operate instrumentation independently and report analytical data.
• Prepare, log, and calibrate samples; maintain calibration curves.
• Coordinate sample retention and disposal per policy.
• Maintain lab safety and cleanliness; support team as needed.
