Job summary

SupportFinity™ is looking for a Lab Technician/Scientist in Niagara Falls, NY, to join their team supporting senior Chemists and Scientists. This position offers a hybrid work model, requiring in-office presence three days a week to engage with the team while gaining valuable career experience.

The ideal candidate will have an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and be comfortable working with lab samples and conducting chemistry tests. Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills are a must. Salary is set at $24.00 - $25.00 hourly based on experience.

Qualifications

• Experience in a lab environment through employment or school is preferred.
• Positive attitude and flexibility to adapt to various tasks.

Responsibilities

• Conduct simple wet chemistry tests on environmental samples.
• Perform organic solvent extractions on groundwater and soil.
• Assist in the setup of treatability studies.
• Help office staff with tasks and local field sampling programs.
• Maintain the laboratory.
